To the Firearm Maintenance Professional:

Thank you for your interest in Guncleaners Ultrasonic Firearm Cleaning Systems. Since 1995, Police Products Corp. CEO Gregory J. Infante has worked very closely with Crest Ultrasonics to develop and improve firearm clean and lube systems and is the exclusive distributor and technical sales representative. He has been a federal and state firearms licensed firearms dealer since 1978 in NJ and 07 MFG in PA. and is active in shooting sports. His extensive experience with all firearm types enabled him to develop the best combination of equipment, chemicals and process available. All Guncleaners Firearm Systems are manufactured in the USA.

Our Firearm Systems are being used by numerous State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, Air Force Army and Navy Bases, DOE nuclear plant security forces, gun shops, shooting ranges and civilians who need to maintain many firearms in a short time period. On high volume firearm cleaning operations, users report being able to clean/lube firearms three times faster with the parts much cleaner than conventional hand cleaning, and receive substantial cost savings in labor and hazmat disposal.

Manufacturers such as Trijicon, Inc., D.P.M.S., Olin Corp. Winchester Div., Gemtech, HK, Inc. International Training Div., Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, U.S. Ordnance, Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Sure Fire Suppressor Div., Kimber, UTM, Buffer Technologies, Picatinny Arsenal Armament Test Facility, FNH USA, Barrett Firearms, Cobb MFG., Browning Arms Co., Lasermax, TDI-KRISS, British Aerospace, Magpul , Kengs, Wilson Combat, Nighthawk Custom, Ithaca, & Sig Sauer are currently using our systems. Glock, Inc. has deemed our system compatible with their firearms, contact us for details.

How it works:

Ultrasonic transducers mounted to the tank bottom produce high frequency sound waves which cause rapidly alternating high & low pressure conditions in the cleaning solution. Millions of microscopic bubbles form and then implode (a process called cavitation) resulting in an intense scrubbing action that removes fouling even in the smallest indentations, grooves and impossible to reach by hand areas.

Using water based detergents with rust inhibitor and heat, unburned powder, carbon, lint, oil & dirt will be quickly removed from the field stripped gun parts usually within 4-6 minutes of immersion with minimal hand labor. Heated ultrasonic cleaning, followed by rinsing and ultrasonic lubrication with supplied lube pan and special oil, insures that the parts are moisture free and protected. After excess lubricant is removed from the parts with compressed air, they can be lubricated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or your S.O.P.

The parts are then restored to factory new level of cleanliness which could not be achieved by the usual hand cleaning methods. The process does not affect night sights, rubber grips, and plastic frames or leave the parts dried out and unprotected.

We continue to lead the ultrasonic firearm cleaning industry with high quality equipment, chemistry, user friendly innovations and customer support. The first to offer non-hazardous odorless chemicals, heated tanks, Sweep Frequency technology and a fast process. Our combination of features gives you the best equipment and performance available for your investment and personal safety.

There are over 18 standard systems to choose from, each containing all required accessories and chemicals. In addition to firearm systems, there are kits available that will clean and disinfect hand cuffs, clean disinfect and decontaminate SCBA, respirators and clean communications equipment. There is a two year parts and labor and lifetime heater warranty on the table top systems.
